1. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer Free Economy Shipping on all orders over $35 in the US. Shipping upgrades are available if you need your order sooner. Any orders under $35 (or international orders) will show the calculated shipping cost in your cart.
2. How Soon Will My Order Arrive?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. In the US, most orders will arrive in about 3-5 business days after shipment unless a shipping upgrade is selected. International orders should arrive between 2-4 weeks from shipment unless an upgrade is selected. Please let us know if you need your order by a certain date so we can recommend a guaranteed shipping service if needed.
3. Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do! Just add your products to the shopping cart and you can calculate the shipping cost/options to your country.
4. Return Policy?
We accept both returns and exchanges on orders that have been delivered in the last 30 days.
Please visit our return portal here to initiate your return or exchange.
Items that don't qualify for returns:
- Personalized or Engraved products
- Used or damaged products.
- Shipping Upgrades or Rush Processing Fees
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping labels for returns or exchanges. Once the shipment arrives we will issue a refund for item value. We don't charge a restocking fee, but the original shipping or any rush processing fees are non-refundable.
We now offer return protection for qualified orders called Redo, which can be purchased at checkout for a small fee. See more about Redo returns below:
5. What is Free Returns via Redo?
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to purchase Redo you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
